Your Own Goals

The most difficult advice you have to give to anybody is to yourself. To take a step back and not be subjective and be objective is extremely hard.

One bit of advice everybody has heard of is goal setting. Now you do not have to be into fantasy football to score in this game.

Simply, you are your own referee in the game for the week where you set the rules and hence determine whether your tries should be deemed a 'goal' previously arranged earlier in the week by yourself.

Reward yourself when you score by something that makes you feel good - something you have wanted for a long time or simply something that gives you immense pleasure.
